User Agreement

This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs your use of Fandeam, a service operated by Fandeam Team. By accessing or using the Fandeam app or services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using Fandeam, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of Fandeam.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1 Account Security:

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including safeguarding your username and password. You agree to notify Fandeam Team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

2.2 Use of Services:

You agree to use Fandeam only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

Violate any laws or regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others while using our services.

Use the app in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the functionality of Fandeam or its users.

2.3 User-Generated Content:

You retain ownership of the content you post or share within the Fandeam app. However, by posting content, you grant Fandeam Team a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, distribute, modify, and display the content for the purposes of providing and improving the service. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you post does not violate the rights of others or applicable laws.

3. Prohibited Activities

While using Fandeam, you agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:

Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access or manipulate parts of the app or its infrastructure that you are not authorized to use.

Spamming and Phishing: Engaging in fraudulent or malicious activities, such as sending unsolicited communications or phishing attempts.

Exploits and Hacking: Using Fandeam in any way that could harm, disable, or overload our systems, including attempting to circumvent security measures or inject malicious code.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to Fandeam are the sole property of Fandeam Team or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use Fandeam for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express permission.

5. Fees and Payments

Certain features or services in Fandeam may require payment or a subscription. By purchasing a subscription or making any payments, you agree to pay the fees associated with those services. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers, and you are responsible for providing accurate and complete payment information.

6. Termination of Use

Fandeam Team reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for violations of this Agreement or any unlawful activities. You may also terminate your account by contacting us at developer@withfulawer.com. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your account or any content associated with it.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

7.1 No Warranty:

Fandeam is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to ensure the reliability and availability of the service, we make no guarantees regarding uptime, performance, or accuracy.

7.2 Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fandeam Team and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to This Agreement

Fandeam Team reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Agreement on the app. Your continued use of Fandeam after any such modifications constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
